I grew up in the aquatics world. I started swimming lessons before I can even remember and have been in the pool ever since. It feels like a second home to me!

I love to go for walks with my partner and my kids! I also love swimming and being active in the water.

Honestly, sticking to it, especially after having kids!

Give yourself grace; fitness is a journey, not a destination.

  1. What advice do you give people who are struggling to make health/fitness/tennis a priority or are getting bored/burned out?

Change it up! Find a new class and commit to it for a month and then change it up again!

  1. What personal advice do you give someone who is looking to get to a healthier point in their life in general?
Again, have grace. Fitness is a journey and there are hills and valleys. Enjoy the ride, listen to your body and change it up!
