Free Initial Consultation

Meet our Registered Dietitian or Nutrition Coaches and learn more about their background and nutritional philosophy. This consultation is an opportunity for our staff to learn more about you and your overall goals, then make a suggestion as to which services would work best for you. 15-30 minute consult by appointment, FREE for new clients.

Intro Package

Meet with our Registered Dietitian or Nutrition Coaches regarding a wide array of topics relating to health and wellness needs. We’ll help you reach your health and weight loss goals. You may attend as an individual, couple, or family. 3, 30-minute appointments for $80.

Private Consultations

Get a custom meal plan and nutrition advice from our on-staff Registered Dietitian or simply check-in with our Nutrition Coaches to help answer your nutrition-related questions and concerns. By appointment. $40 per half hour or $65 per hour.

Parent & Child Yoga Workshop

Learning to be mindful of our bodies is just as important for children as it is for adults. This adult/child workshop is an excellent way to introduce yoga to children. We will explore how the breath can relax us, we will find strength by working together, build trust by listening, and respecting ourselves and our partners. This class works best in pairs, partner up and we’ll see you on the mat.

Arm Balance & Headstand Workshop

May 4 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm

The time is now to get on your hands and get upside down! This workshop will focus on basic to challenging inversions and arm balance poses: Crow, side crow, headstand, handstand, etc. Perfect for all yogis, new and experienced, wanting to learn the basic building blocks of these poses. Starting from scratch and going one step at a time, no previous arm balances or inversions necessary.
