This consultation is an opportunity for our staff to learn more about you and your overall goals, then make a suggestion as to which services would work best for you. 15-30 minute consult by appointment, FREE for new clients.

Intro Package

Meet with our Registered Dietitian or Nutrition Coaches regarding a wide array of topics relating to health and wellness needs. We’ll help you reach your health and weight loss goals. You may attend as an individual, couple, or family. 3, 30-minute appointments for $80.

Private Consultations

Get a custom meal plan and nutrition advice from our on-staff Registered Dietitian or simply check-in with our Nutrition Coaches to help answer your nutrition-related questions and concerns. By appointment. $40 per half hour or $65 per hour.

You will learn the proper form of a variety of body pump exercises with personal attention from a Certified BodyPump instructor.

Swimming for Exercise Workshop

This workshop is designed for swimmers of all levels. We will be going over the basics of the four main strokes (time-dependent). Tips, tricks, and drills will be given to help you master the techniques and get you swimming like a pro in no time! Goggles and swim cap are recommended.
