Free Initial Consultation

Meet our Registered Dietitian or Nutrition Coaches and learn more about their background and nutritional philosophy. This consultation is an opportunity for our staff to learn more about you and your overall goals, then make a suggestion as to which services would work best for you. 15-30 minute consult by appointment, FREE for new clients.

Intro Package

Meet with our Registered Dietitian or Nutrition Coaches regarding a wide array of topics relating to health and wellness needs. We’ll help you reach your health and weight loss goals. You may attend as an individual, couple, or family. 3, 30-minute appointments for $80.

Private Consultations

Get a custom meal plan and nutrition advice from our on-staff Registered Dietitian or simply check-in with our Nutrition Coaches to help answer your nutrition-related questions and concerns. By appointment. $40 per half hour or $65 per hour.

Metabolic Makeover

Unlock your healthy potential! This 6-week program will guide you through the confusing world of nutrition and help you reset your metabolism. Adopt a healthy eating pattern, examine food labels, explore hidden sources of added sugars and more!  Group (4+): $99/6, 1-hour sessions or Individual: $390/6, 1-hour sessions

Anxiety Relief Through Breathing Exercises

Learn how to reduce your anxiety in the moment through breath work and basic meditation techniques. We will learn several Pranayama, breathing exercises derived from Yoga, as well as a 1-minute, and 3-minute mini-meditation to calm your body and your spirit.

Fall Into Cardio
