Tony joined the Brookfield Elite team in 1994. He oversees all of Elite’s fitness programs as well as coordinates racquetball leagues at our Brookfield location. He is certified as a Personal Trainer by the American Council on Exercise and has Reebok certifications in: Core Training, Body Pump, and Cycle Reebok.

Susie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Education as well as her Masters in Curriculum and Instruction degree from Portland State University. She also has many other qualifications including American Council of Exercise (ACE), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), TRX, Power Pilates-Mat I, Spin, & Kettleworx.

Susie has been with Elite Sports Clubs since 2012 and enjoys many activities including running, soccer, basketball, cross country skiing, hiking, weight training, spinning, golf, reading, and attending sporting events. She specializes in TRX, Sculpt, Strength and Core Training, Short and Long distance running, Pilates and Functional Training.

Luke Lewitzke

Luke has a B.S in Kinesiology from UW-Milwaukee, is an American Council of Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer, as well as an ACE Lifestyle and Weight Management Coach. He is also a certified Spin, Les Mills Body Pump, and TRX instructor and specializes in lifestyle management and functional training. Luke enjoys playing basketball and baseball, spending time with his wife and 2 children (Owen & Makayla), coaching their various activities, and camping. He believes that “success and happiness are choices. Every day you decide what to wear, eat, whether or not to exercise, if you are going to be happy, and how you are going to approach the day. Through a little determination, thought, and preparation, you can achieve any level of success and happiness in your health and life, but it all starts with a choice.” Luke started his career in 1999 and has been with Elite Sports Clubs since 1999.

Alex joined the Elite team in 2000. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. Philosophy: “If you have a goal and you really want to achieve it, it is always possible.”

Specializations & Interests: Matt specializes in functional resistance training for general health and all types of athletic endeavors. He enjoys running trail utlra marathons, playing tennis, and spending time with his wife Jen and daughter Emma Carlin.

Philosophy: “Movement is an important key to life. Take time to move consistently and well. Let your body recover from difficult efforts and strive for balance in your work. Most importantly, take time to enjoy the people, effort, and the nuances surrounding your activity. Each day is a blessing!”

Matt started his career in 1997 and he joined the Elite team in 2012.

Melissa Radmer

Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology and Exercise Leadership from Concordia University, WI. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America(AFAA). Melissa is also Less Mills certified in BodyPump, BodyStep, BodyAttack, & CXWORX. She also teaches Spin, Zumba, Power Pilates Mat, & Gravity Training System. Melissa is also Certified in Red Cross CPR and First Aid, and is a Lifeguarding Instructor. She has been a part of the Elite team since 2002.

Melissa enjoys helping members set and achieve their goals through functional training and group exercise. She is interested in Sports Performance Training, Strength Training, Cardiovascular Programming, and Post Injury. She also has interests in Multi-Sport & Endurance events including half-marathons, triathlons, and Tough Mudder.

SPECIALIZATION & INTERESTS: Jill Jelinski specializes in Group Exercise, Youth Fitness Programming, and Running. Jill is an Assistant Cross Country Coach at Menomonee Falls High School and a middle school Track Coach. She enjoys spending time with her family, running, taking long walks-preferably on a beach, and watching her son compete in soccer and track.
