Regional Fitness Director
Tony joined the Brookfield Elite team in 1994. He oversees all of Elite’s fitness programs as well as coordinates racquetball leagues at our Brookfield location. He is certified as a Personal Trainer by the American Council on Exercise and has Reebok certifications in: Core Training, Body Pump, and Cycle Reebok.

Luke has a B.S in Kinesiology from UW-Milwaukee, is an American Council of Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer, as well as an ACE Lifestyle and Weight Management Coach. He is also a certified Spin, Les Mills Body Pump, and TRX instructor and specializes in lifestyle management and functional training. Luke enjoys playing basketball and baseball, spending time with his wife and 2 children (Owen & Makayla), coaching their various activities, and camping. He believes that “success and happiness are choices. Every day you decide what to wear, eat, whether or not to exercise, if you are going to be happy, and how you are going to approach the day. Through a little determination, thought, and preparation, you can achieve any level of success and happiness in your health and life, but it all starts with a choice.” Luke started his career in 1999 and has been with Elite Sports Clubs since 1999.

Specializations: Athlete training & weight loss. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids, reading, and training to get a little bit better every day.

Specializations & Interests: Matt specializes in functional resistance training for general health and all types of athletic endeavors. He enjoys running trail ultra marathons, playing tennis, and spending time with his wife Jen and daughter Emma Carlin.

Matt started his career in 1997 and he joined the Elite team in 2012.

Exercise Physiology and Exercise Leadership, Certified Personal Trainer through the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA), Certified Level 1 Coach from USA Triathlon, Les Mills certified in BodyPump and TONE, and certified in Red Cross CPR and First Aid Instruction.
SPECIALIZATION & INTERESTS: Melissa works with clients of all ages and abilities, specializing in Sports-Performance Training, High Intensity and Functional Training, and Multi-Sport Training. Melissa enjoys training for and competing in triathlons, and is a 5-time member of Team USA and 2-time All-American. She also teaches Spin, Zumba, Power Pilates Mat, & Gravity Training System.
PHILOSOPHY: “Get comfortable being uncomfortable. It’s okay to be uncomfortable, and often times those are the moments in our exercise routines that help take us to the next level-paired with adequate rest and recovery. Our bodies are amazing machines that can often times perform more than we believe they can.”
Melissa has been a part of the Elite team since 2002.

SPECIALIZATION & INTERESTS: Jill Jelinski loves teaching group exercise classes and working with people of all ages and levels, but particularly enjoy’s women’s fitness and health programs. She is also an Assistant Cross Country Coach at Menomonee Falls High School and enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, taking long walks—preferably on a beach, and watching her son compete in High School Cross Country and Track.

Eric’s career started in 2015 and he has been with Elite Sports Clubs since 2015.
Personal Trainer & Group Exercise Director
Jen graduated from UW-Eau Claire with a B.S. degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Exercise Management. She began her career with Elite Sports clubs shortly after graduating in 2001. Jen is the Group Fitness Director and enjoys teaching a variety of classes, including Body Pump, Body Attack, Kickboxing, and Pilates Fusion. She is an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer and also holds certifications in Prenatal/Postpartum Exercise Design, Les Mills Body Pump, Les Mills Body Attack, Power Pilates Beginner and Intermediate Mat, Gravity, TRX, Hardstyle Kettlebell, and FMS (Functional Movement Systems) Level 1 and 2. Jen enjoys playing volleyball, jogging, rollerblading, and spending time with her husband and two boys, Bryce and Caden. She especially loves showing her boys how being active shouldn’t be a chore, it should be fun! They love shooting hoops together, playing catch, and working on their push-ups. She loves challenging her clients with fun and creative workouts that keep them safe, making sure to work with any injuries or limitations they may have. She believes that motivating her clients truly starts with understanding their goals and creating a trusting trainer-client relationship.
Kelly is a graduate of UW-Milwaukee with a Bachelor’s degree of science in Kinesiology. She is also Efi Sports Medicine Certified in Gravity Group Strength, an AEA certified Aquatic Fitness Professional, and is certified in TRX. Kelly has been with Elite since 2005 and specializes in balance and agility training, strength and cardiovascular training, as well as aquatic personal training. She enjoys traveling, going to Marquette basketball games, and spending time with her family and friends. Kelly’s philosophy is “Push yourself out of your comfort zone.”

SPECIALIZATION & INTERESTS: Strength, functional, & mobility training, Adapted fitness for physical and cognitive disability & post-injury training, and Pregnancy and postpartum training. Alex enjoys working out, hiking, reading, boating, and being outdoors.
PHILOSOPHY: “Healthy mind, healthy body” I believe that improving your physical health will help improve your mental health and vice versa. Exercising and fueling your body with nutritious foods will help reduce stress, boost energy levels, create happier moods, and improve sleep and memory.

SPECIALIZATION & INTERESTS: Collin has many specializes and interests including Tai Chi, Resistance Training, Olympic Weightlifting, Cardio Kickboxing/ HIIT, Functional Training, and training for Postural Correction. He also specializes in Resistance training for youth, adults, and elderly populations. Collin enjoys reading, cooking, playing guitar, and weight training.

Collin started his career in 2006 and he joined the Elite team in 2016.

SPECIALIZATION & INTERESTS: Knee and hip replacement clients, inactive lifestyle, special needs population, arthritis, flexibility, and limited range of motion. She also specializes in strength and mobility personal training for older clients to keep up with the grandkids! Bernie enjoys biking, birding, tending her flowers, Sudoku, reading, working out, and spending time with her husband, three children, and five grandsons.

Bernie has been training and teaching since 1982.

Amy began teaching group fitness in 1991, and has been part of the Elite team since 2005. She understands that every individual has unique fitness goals and believes that every day holds a new opportunity to become stronger inside and out. Amy applies a constant variety of training techniques to create both muscular and mental challenge to give you continuous results and
improvement. She has demonstrated tremendous energy, motivation and perseverance while obtaining her professional training, which has improved the over all health of her clients and our members.

SPECIALIZATION & INTERESTS: Nicole specializes in functional training, sport training (lacrosse, basketball, golf, tennis, softball/baseball), and weight loss programming. Nicole’s interests are backpacking, camping, reading and spending time with her family.
PHILOSOPHY: “Make exercise a part of your everyday life. If you have a goal that is important, you will find a way to work at it every chance you get.”
Nicole’s career started in 2008 and she has been with Elite Sports Clubs since 2012.

SPECIALIZATION & INTERESTS: As a personal trainer: Medical Exercise Specialty (post rehab/PT) – Multiple Sclerosis, joint replacements, CVA/Stroke, Parkinson’s, Cardiac Post Rehab, Fibromyalgia, Diabetes, Hypertension, Functional Training, Weight Management/Wellness. As a group exercise instructor: Kickboxing, Kettlebells, HIIT and Pilates! Private life: Melissa spends time with her family, friends, and various pets. She loves bicycling, cross country skiing, martial arts, rollerblading, ice skating, painting on canvas, and just about anything artistic. For the last several years, she has run an online Etsy store where she creates and sells her own jewelry designs.
PHILOSOPHY: “Life doesn’t come with a remote. Get up and change it yourself” My motivation stems from my own weight loss of 150#. My desire to help others to achieve their fitness goals and a better quality of life drives me.
