Regional Fitness Director
Tony joined the Brookfield Elite team in 1994. He oversees all of Elite’s fitness programs as well as coordinates racquetball leagues at our Brookfield location. He is certified as a Personal Trainer by the American Council on Exercise and has Reebok certifications in: Core Training, Body Pump, and Cycle Reebok.
Personal Training Director
Susie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Education as well as her Masters in Curriculum and Instruction degree from Portland State University. She also has many other qualifications including American Council of Exercise (ACE), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), TRX, Power Pilates-Mat I, Spin, & Kettleworx.
Susie has been with Elite Sports Clubs since 2012 and enjoys many activities including running, soccer, basketball, cross country skiing, hiking, weight training, spinning, golf, reading, and attending sporting events. She specializes in TRX, Sculpt, Strength and Core Training, Short and Long distance running, Pilates and Functional Training.
Fitness Director & Group Ex Director
Luke has a B.S in Kinesiology from UW-Milwaukee, is an American Council of Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer, as well as an ACE Lifestyle and Weight Management Coach. He is also a certified Spin, Les Mills Body Pump, and TRX instructor and specializes in lifestyle management and functional training. Luke enjoys playing basketball and baseball, spending time with his wife and 2 children (Owen & Makayla), coaching their various activities, and camping. He believes that “success and happiness are choices. Every day you decide what to wear, eat, whether or not to exercise, if you are going to be happy, and how you are going to approach the day. Through a little determination, thought, and preparation, you can achieve any level of success and happiness in your health and life, but it all starts with a choice.” Luke started his career in 1999 and has been with Elite Sports Clubs since 1999.

Specializations & Interests: Matt specializes in functional resistance training for general health and all types of athletic endeavors. He enjoys running trail utlra marathons, playing tennis, and spending time with his wife Jen and daughter Emma Carlin.

Matt started his career in 1997 and he joined the Elite team in 2012.
Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology and Exercise Leadership from Concordia University, WI. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America(AFAA). Melissa is also Less Mills certified in BodyPump, BodyStep, BodyAttack, & CXWORX. She also teaches Spin, Zumba, Power Pilates Mat, & Gravity Training System. Melissa is also Certified in Red Cross CPR and First Aid, and is a Lifeguarding Instructor. She has been a part of the Elite team since 2002.
Melissa enjoys helping members set and achieve their goals through functional training and group exercise. She is interested in Sports Performance Training, Strength Training, Cardiovascular Programming, and Post Injury. She also has interests in Multi-Sport & Endurance events including half-marathons, triathlons, and Tough Mudder.

Specializations: Athlete training & weight loss. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids, reading, and training to get a little bit better every day.

Jill is an Assistant Cross Country Coach at Menomonee Falls High School and a middle school Track Coach. She enjoys spending time with her family, running, taking long walks-preferably on a beach, and watching her son compete in soccer and track.

SPECIALIZATION & INTERESTS: Sports Performance Training , Speed and Agility Training , Olympic Lifting Training. Brittany’s interests include working out, traveling, spending time with family, friends and her two dogs. She also likes watching and playing many different sports.
PHILOSOPHY: “If you want to change you have to be willing to challenge yourself.” I challenge my clients to push themselves to a a whole new level to get out of their comfort zone. That is where you see the biggest improvement. I believe sport performance is a big part of sports today and that is why I will push all my athletes to excel in the weightroom so they will excel on the field. Speed, agility, jumping, strength, power, etc.. are all parts of sport performance that are all focused on with all athletes.
Brittany’s career started in 2014 and she has been with Elite Sports Clubs since 2016.
Personal Trainer & Group Exercise Director
Jen graduated from UW-Eau Claire with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Exercise Management. She began her career with Elite Sports clubs shortly after graduating in 2011. Jen is the Group Fitness Manager and enjoys teaching a variety of classes. She is an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer and enjoys working with clients of all ages.
Kelly is a graduate of UW-Milwaukee with a Bachelor’s degree of science in Kinesiology. She is also Efi Sports Medicine Certified in Gravity Group Strength, an AEA certified Aquatic Fitness Professional, and is certified in TRX. Kelly has been with Elite since 2005 and specializes in balance and agility training, strength and cardiovascular training, as well as aquatic personal training. She enjoys traveling, going to Marquette basketball games, and spending time with her family and friends. Kelly’s philosophy is “Push yourself out of your comfort zone.”
Anne started working at Elite Sports Club – Brookfield as an instructor and trainer in 1990. Anne has an M.S. in accounting from UW-Milwaukee. She is an A.C.E. certified Personal Trainer and Aerobics Instructor.
Her other certifications include: Cycle Reebok certified instructor and is a Cardio Tech cardiovascular exercise specialist.

Dory has been with Elite Clubs since 1991. She graduated from UW-LaCrossewith a Bachelor of Science degree in physical education with a fitness emphasis.Dory is an ACE Certified Personal Trainerand a dedicated fitness professional. Dory is certified to teach group exercise classes including Body Pump and Cycle. She is also a certified TRX instructor and Level 1 FMS trainer.
Dory loves spending time with her husbandDan, and sons, Danny and Andrew. She enjoys working out, quiet time, teaching and reading.

She also specializes in Adaptive Fitness, Restorative Movement, and Strength and Flexibility. Polly enjoys running, rock climbing, walking her dogs, and reading.
PHILOSOPHY: Polly helps develop, restore, and maintain movement in the body regardless of age or limitations.
Polly started her career in 1990 and she has been on the Elite team from 1990-1998 & since 2017.

SPECIALIZATION & INTERESTS: Collin has many specializes and interests including Tai Chi, Resistance Training, Olympic Weightlifting, Cardio Kickboxing/ HIIT, Functional Training, and training for Postural Correction. He also specializes in Resistance training for youth, adults, and elderly populations. Collin enjoys reading, cooking, playing guitar, and weight training.

Collin started his career in 2006 and he joined the Elite team in 2016.
Neil has a diverse background in a number fields including politics and accounting, however one constant during those other careers was his strong interest in health and fitness. Attending the University of Wisconsin Madison, where he studied for a BA in Political Science, is where his passion for being health conscious and fit really took off. His desire to improve other people’s lives in a more personal capacity encouraged him to begin to study health and fitness formally and eventually brought him to Elite. Neil specializes in high intensity core, cardio and strength training, with an open minded concept that is adaptable to all ages and levels of fitness.Neil is certified by the American Council on Exercise, and is driven by his desire to pass on his knowledge of transforming ones body regardless of age or previous health practices.

Amy began teaching group fitness in 1991, and has been part of the Elite team since 2005. She understands that every individual has unique fitness goals and believes that every day holds a new opportunity to become stronger inside and out. Amy applies a constant variety of training techniques to create both muscular and mental challenge to give you continuous results and
improvement. She has demonstrated tremendous energy, motivation and perseverance while obtaining her professional training, which has improved the over all health of her clients and our members.

SPECIALIZATION & INTERESTS: Nicole specializes in: functional training, sport training (lacrosse, basketball, baseball/softball, golf, tennis) and weight loss programs. Nicole’s interests are backpacking, running, reading and spending time with her family.
PHILOSOPHY: Leading a healthy lifestyle has to become a habit. Although it may take time to get to that point, eventually the goal is to have exercise and eating well a part of your everyday life. Remember that you can get to that point; you just cannot give up. Keep forming that healthy habit!

PHILOSOPHY: “Make sure you challenge yourself in every workout. Every person who works out wants results whether it be to lose weight, gain strength or cardio fitness or improve basic functionality for daily activities etc. For this to happen you must challenge your body and that’s where I come in because most people find it hard to do this on their own. I’ll gladly be your helping hand to success.”

SPECIALIZATION & INTERESTS: As a personal trainer: Medical Exercise Specialty (post rehab/PT) – Multiple Sclerosis, joint replacements, CVA/Stroke, Parkinson’s, Cardiac Post Rehab, Fibromyalgia, Diabetes, Hypertension, Functional Training, Weight Management/Wellness. As a group exercise instructor: Kickboxing, Kettlebells, HIIT and Pilates! Private life: Melissa spends time with her family, friends, and various pets. She loves bicycling, cross country skiing, martial arts, rollerblading, ice skating, painting on canvas, and just about anything artistic. For the last several years, she has run an online Etsy store where she creates and sells her own jewelry designs.
PHILOSOPHY: “Life doesn’t come with a remote. Get up and change it yourself” My motivation stems from my own weight loss of 150#. My desire to help others to achieve their fitness goals and a better quality of life drives me.
