I’m interested in learning more of the following classes: HI-LO Cardio and Kettlebell Circuit. I don’t seem them listed on your class schedules for any of the clubs. Also can you direct ne to one or two of these classes that are designed more towards an older adult with less than optimal level of skill?

Our New Energy Strength class is geared toward older-adult participants and focuses on balance, coordination, agility, flexibility and strength training. Movements are done slow and controlled, with balls, bands, weights, and bosu balls. Activities of daily living are emphasized.
