Challenging yourself will create a game between yourself and your routine. This can be done in many ways. From trying to get more reps in during your tabata interval, to increasing the distance you can walk in a 10 minute period of time.

If your goal is to lose fat, start your journey with a simple picture of you in the mirror, as you work through your routine take periodic pictures to keep motivated and place the enjoyment in the progress being made.Set Goals

Having a goal gives your routine a purpose. That purpose will give you the drive to keep going and the reward once you achieve that goal. Do this by setting a target goal, but then set small goals that can be used as checkpoints along the way.
