What is the Elite Virtual Studio?
Want to enjoy classes from your favorite Elite instructors from the comfort of your own home? We now offer on-demand AND live virtual classes to keep you moving towards your fitness goals.
Elite Virtual Studio / ON-DEMAND gives you access to our constantly expanding library of pre-recorded classes to keep you motivated and on track — including yoga, strength, and cardio workouts.
Elite Virtual Studio / LIVE are classes that can be attended on a specific time and day live with your fellow Elite members and a certified Elite instructor. These classes must be registered for in advance through our member portal.
What platform do you use for the Virtual Studio?
For our on-demand offering, we use a password-protected “showcase” feature of Vimeo, which is a video platform similar to YouTube.
For our live offering, we use Zoom.
How do I access the Virtual Studio?
ON-DEMAND: You’ll need an internet-connected device with a browser. Upon signup and on a monthly basis as long as your subscription to our virtual studio email list is active, you will be emailed a link with a unique password to access the virtual studio along with a link to the class showcase. You do not need to create an account with Vimeo or download the Vimeo app.
LIVE: You’ll need an internet-connected device and the Zoom app or browser extension. You do not need to create an account with Zoom or have a paid subscription to Zoom. Members must sign up at least 24 hours in advance via the member portal to register for the class. The unique Zoom link will be emailed out to registered class participants at noon the day-of for evening classes, or noon the day prior for morning classes to the email address associated with your member profile.
How many and what types of classes are available?
Our virtual studio is constantly growing with new classes added every week. We have all sorts of classes for you to choose from offered by multiple instructors including but not limited to HIIT, yoga, pilates, kickboxing, strength training, and cardio-focused workouts. Most classes can be done with minimal to no equipment or we’ll suggest household objects you can use.
