Healthier Holiday Dessert - Frozen Yogurt Pie Recipe

With all that we have to do over the holidays, it would seem reasonable that we should keep our recipes easy on the preparation. This may include the delicious cookies you have put together and stored in the freezer. But, you may also want to consider an easy-does-it Yogurt Pie in whatever flavor you wish! Preparation takes 15 minutes and then into the freezer to be removed just before serving! Take a look!

Frozen Yogurt Pie

Makes 8-servings

2-containers (8-ounce) strawberry yogurt
1-cup crushed strawberries
1-container (8-ounce) non-dairy whipped topping
1-prepared graham cracker pie crust
aluminum foil

  1. In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, strawberries, and whipped topping.
  2. Spoon into crust and cover with aluminum foil.
  3. Freeze until firm; about 4-hours.
  4. Take pie out of freezer 10 minutes before serving (so it will be soft enough to eat)

*Try raspberries, blueberries, peaches, or pineapple and match the fruit with the same yogurt.
