Fitness Orientation for Youth

Elite Sports Clubs Junior Fitness Orientation

At Elite, we want everyone in the fitness center to have a solid understanding of how to use the strength and cardio equipment, including youth members. In order to instruct our younger members just starting out in fitness, we offer a program called the Junior Fitness Orientation. Learn more about what the Junior Fitness Orientation entails and how you can enroll your child!

Junior Fitness Orientation Overview

The Elite Sports Clubs Junior Fitness Orientation is a FREE 1-hour session course required for children 10-14 years old who wish to use our fitness centers. Junior Fitness Orientations are offered once a month at each Elite location (check the Family Calendar to find out the next upcoming session). Upon completion of the orientation, graduates can work out in the fitness center.
