All Age Groups & Skill Levels

Tennis lessons are offered for children as young as 3 years old all the way up to adulthood. Our youth program is broken up into 10 & Under and 11 & Older. In addition, there are beginner classes, drill groups, cardio tennis, and private lessons offered to Adults.

The 10 & Under program is for young kids, typically ages 3-10, that are just starting out and learning the fundamentals of the game. This program utilizes specialized equipment, such as child-sized nets and racquets, so they can quickly develop basic tennis skills and hand-eye coordination. Low compression balls are also used, which move slower, so the students can focus more on technique and footwork rather than the power needed to return the ball. The more the students progress in this program, the faster the balls will be so they can advance their techniques and learn about controlling spin, speed, and height during rallies.

The 11 & Older program consists of Future Stars (ages 11-14), Excellence (high school), and Invitational (reserved for competitive players and those with tournament experience). These are more advanced programs as the young students get older and more experienced. Depending on their ambitions, the lessons will set up the junior players to be good overall recreational players or tournament-ready at the high school or collegiate levels.

The Adult Beginner program is designed to introduce (or reintroduce) the game to players that are brand new or haven’t played in awhile. Our pros also host Adult Drill Groups so players can practice their skills in a fun, social environment. Cardio Tennis classes are for adults that strictly focuses on exercise, with light hitting. These classes are a great substitute for treadmill or elliptical monotony, and also allow players to work on their tennis footwork.

Certified Tennis Professionals

All lessons are taught by certified tennis professionals and coaches, many of whom were top-ranked players. In addition, many of our pros have taught and coached players that have gone on to be nationally ranked or have succeeded in adult state leagues. Some of the pros have been teaching for decades and have a wealth of knowledge and experience to share. Not only have they perfected the techniques and nuances of the sport, they also know the best ways to teach with all types of students, as everyone learns in different ways.

    Hi guys,

We are curious for lessons for my son, who turns 4 in September, for this upcoming summer. He has never played before and is definitely on the young end of any type of lessons/structure, but he loves his soccer and swimming, so we would enjoy if he started to experience some other activities, too. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks.
