Staff Highlight - Patrick Schneider

Meet Patrick Schneider, a licensed massage therapist at Elite Sports Club–Brookfield. With more than a decade of experience, Patrick has a passion for helping clients move better and feel better through personalized massage therapy. He understands the importance of recovery, mobility, and self-care when pursuing health goals. Patrick enjoys tailoring each session to relieve tension, improve movement, and help members stay active and feeling their best.

Get to Know Patrick Schneider

  1. What position(s) do you currently hold at Elite and any you have held in the past?

I’m currently a licensed massage therapist at Elite-Brookfield.

  1. How long have you been working in the health/fitness/tennis industry and how long have you worked at Elite?

I started working in the industry in 2014 and joined Elite in 2026.

  1. What made you want to start working in this industry and/or for Elite?

I’ve been wanting to get more into the fitness world of massage for a while.  I’ve been on my own fitness journey and working in a gym will help keep pushing me forward.

  1. What is your favorite part about your job?

I love being able to help people move better and feel better. I also love that each day is never the same.

  1. What activities do you participate in at the club or outside of the club that are health/fitness/tennis related?

I have been taking dance workouts, I am active in the theatre scene in Milwaukee and Southeast Wisconsin, and I enjoy bike riding, swimming, and hiking.

  1. What has been your biggest personal struggle with health/fitness/tennis?

I would say my biggest personal struggle has been figuring out my food intake. I enjoy a lot of good food and finding balance in what I like and finding healthy options has been an interesting journey.

  1. What has been your biggest personal accomplishment with health/fitness/tennis?

My biggest accomplishment has been losing 90 lbs since I started my journey.

  1. What advice do you give people who are coming to the club for the first time?

Make sure to ask questions and to track progress in non-scale ways. Celebrate better energy, improved mood, strength gains, better sleep, more confidence, and less stress. The scale doesn’t measure everything!

  1. What advice do you give people who are struggling to make health/fitness/tennis a priority or are getting bored/burned out?

Find something that brings you joy to get you started, whether that is a dance class, a fitness class, or yoga.

  1. What personal advice do you give someone who is looking to get to a healthier point in their life in general?

Make sure to make time for yourself and your mental health. Read that book you’ve had on your TBR list, get a massage, or take a rest day and enjoy the special people in your life.
