We’re often told that it’s the people of Elite that make the clubs so great. Part of what makes the Elite Clubs stand out from the rest is not the equipment, courts, pools, or locker rooms; but rather the community it fosters. Obviously nothing can compare to coming in and experiencing that for yourself, nevertheless we’d still like to use this platform to at least share a bit about some of the members and staff of Elite Sports Clubs. Today we’re highlighting Laura Wilkins of Elite Sports Club – Brookfield.
Meet Laura Wilkins:
Laura Wilkins has been teaching various types of group exercise classes at Elite for over 20 years! She currently teaches Cycle, Fit for Life, and Beginner/Gentle Yoga.
Her style might be described as ‘chill worthy’ yet always with a challenging twist. Laura says, “I love to teach because it’s such a gift to be able to share wellness with others.”
Outside of teaching Laura and her husband John have three active sons, Ben, Ethan, and Sam.
She also enjoys taking Yoga classes, walking her collie dog, or running for fun.
Laura would love to see you in class! Until then, she advises to “keep moving and choose joy everyday!”
