Many people go after weight loss as though they can’t eat anything at all. Many individuals will cut their calories in half or more just to establish a quick response and to ensure the process. Often times though, they just end up getting hungry, tired, and give up.
A better idea is to find 500 calories in your current day and cut that out leaving the best—i.e. your healthiest—part of the day the same. It can be a large cookie here, a candy bar there, or something else that really doesn’t matter. But it does trigger the weight loss process and you are off and running towards your goal!
Try this instead:
Grains, grains, grains! They’re not all bad, in fact, they are really good for you. For example: Sesmark Ancient Grains all natural crackers, which can be found in many different grocery stores. They are made with the ancient grains of Amaranth, Millet, Sorghum, and Quinoa. They are also gluten free. As a grain product, these crackers will supply 22g or more per serving of whole grain, half of your daily needs. Look for them in area stores, they have a unique taste and are made in many different flavors.
