The Right Balance for You Being on-the-go every day can be a struggle for many people when it comes to finding balance. For example, it is hard to find a healthy breakfast to take with you on your morning commute. Sometimes it is just a cup of coffee or energy drink you grab in the morning instead of a protein bar.
