Melissa works with clients of all ages and abilities, specializing in Sports-Performance Training, High Intensity and Functional Training, and Multi-Sport Training. Melissa enjoys training for and competing in triathlons, and is a 5-time member of Team USA and 2-time All-American. She also teaches Spin, Zumba, Power Pilates Mat, & Gravity Training System.

Joe references his many years of experience and continuing education to improve the fitness needs of his athletes. He works well with a variety of endurance athletes, from middle-aged golfers to high school and collegiate athletes. As a former collegiate athlete and high school swimming coach, he has a strong knowledge of peaking for performance which he applies to all of his training. He is creative and methodical in his approach to folks with a variety of considerations.
Personally, he enjoys cross-country skiing, rock climbing, and strength training — all of which contribute to his success with athletes of all ages and disciplines.

Patrick began coaching in 2004 as a Freshman Football Coach and became a certified Master Trainer in 2007. He later earned certifications as a Pain-Free Performance Specialist in 2019 and a Functional Kettlebell Specialist in 2023. Patrick works with clients of all backgrounds and skill levels, specializing in: general fitness; strength training; building muscle; fat loss transformations; and excels with both nutrition consulting, and fitness programming. Outside of work, Patrick is a dedicated father, powerlifter, and dog dad. He enjoys cooking for his family, spending time in nature, and competing in athletic activities.
PHILOSOPHY
I have a deep appreciation for leadership, mentoring, and coaching. I am inspired by tough, gritty athletes like: Brett Favre; Steve McNair; Matthew Stafford; and many others, but my philosophy is to always take a smart and analytic approach to pain; injuries; or discomfort from any activity.
