Elite Sports Clubs prides itself on being a family-friendly club. And in doing so we strive to create a safe and enjoyable fitness environment for both our youth and adult members. We offer great fitness programs for kids to help them learn about healthy living starting at a young age, improve in their chosen sport, plus teach them appropriate health club and gym etiquette through our Junior Fitness Orientation program and by working with a personal trainer. Learn more about these youth fitness training programs below!

Junior Fitness Center Requirements

Junior members ages 10+ are allowed to use the Fitness Center and multi-sport courts after completing a Junior Fitness Orientation class (ages 10-15). Must be at least 15 years old to use the treadmills. Please refer to the Youth Access Guide for more information.

Junior Fitness Orientation

It’s important to teach our kids how to live a healthy lifestyle starting at a young age! A Junior Fitness Orientation is required for members ages 10-15 who wish to use the Fitness Center. This comprehensive program will teach young members safety, fitness center etiquette, exercise routines, and proper use of weights & fitness equipment. Upon completion, junior members can workout in the Fitness Center following the rules outlined in our junior code of conduct.

Personal Training

Junior Personal Training teaches kids the importance of strength training and general conditioning at an early age. Our certified personal trainers customize fitness programs for the youth member’s specific needs and abilities.

Sport-Specific Training

We also have a wealth of collegiate and semi-pro athletes at Elite Sports Clubs who can help young athletes improve skills, tactics, and strategies specifically related to their sport.
