The Fundamentals class provides a slower paced class where students are encouraged to explore their strength, flexibility and balance for each pose. This cardio-strength combo class will get your heart pumping and your muscles burning. It starts with a combination of choreographed cardio moves, utilizing the Reebok Coreboard, to increase your heart rate and get you sweating.
