The majority of Restorative yoga poses are practiced lying on the floor.  Anyone can benefit from this practice, which helps to increase range of motion and develop inner awareness. Gentle attention given to people with injuries with emphasis on deep relaxation throughout the class.

This joint-friendly, chest-deep water workout includes calisthenics style exercises with upper and lower body variations. March, jog and ski against water resistance to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscle endurance, and flexibility. Buoyant dumbbells and other buoyancy tools are used to add both resistance and stability in the water.
