TNT is a comprehensive, 3-session training program designed to educate Elite’s junior members in safe and healthy exercise and nutrition habits. Working with an Elite Fitness Specialist, young members will learn etiquette and safety, bodyweight exercises, healthy eating, and proper use of select weights, strength, and cardio machines. Upon completion of TNT, participants may use the fitness center without a parent.
