Participants will gain a clear understanding of what is happening in their bodies and minds\, why these changes occur\, and how to navigate them with evidence-based tools and treatment options. \nTopics will include:\n• Hormonal shifts and whole-body impacts\n• Pelvic floor and physical recovery\n• Nutrition and physiologic demands\n• Libido\, sexual function and intimacy\n• Emotional health and identity shifts \nEmily Denis Bio\nEmily Denis\, MD\, FACOG\, MSCP\, DipABLM\nDr. Emily Denis is a double board-certified physician in OB-GYN and Lifestyle Medicine with advanced training in menopause care\, sexual health and wellness. Her background in Kinesiology and years spent working as a personal trainer first inspired her\npassion for helping women understand and care for their bodies.\nAfter traveling in Southeast Asia and Nepal exploring Eastern philosophies of wellness\, Dr. Denis completed medical school in Philadelphia\, PA and went on to complete a rigorous residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology.\nThrough her experience\, she saw how often women felt unheard and unsupported— especially during times of hormonal transition.
