This strength-based workout will incorporate the 7 basic movement patterns to provide you with a full-body workout. We will use both the TRX and Kettlebells to challenge each movement, stressing proper form and appropriate progressions. Get yourself moving in all 3 planes of motion to increase your core and overall strength!
