An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Monday, repeating until March 30, 2020
This class is held out in the fitness area working on building foundational strength. You will compliment these strength circuits by working out on the treadmills and/or ellipticals to build your cardiovascular conditioning. The instructor may take you up hills, on runs, sprints, strength phases, or even endurance challenges.
