An event every week that begins at 6:30pm on Monday, repeating until March 11, 2019
This class is held out in the fitness area working on building foundational strength. You will compliment these strength circuits by working out on the treadmills and/or ellipticals to build your cardiovascular conditioning. The instructor may take you up hills, on runs, sprints, strength phases, or even endurance challenges.
