Join Coach Maddy for a fun and intense tennis training session! The sessions will include drills with agility ladders to work on quickness, resistance bands to improve strength, Bosu balls for balance, and box jumps to become more explosive, and ultimately help you take your game to the next level. All of the exercises are designed for improving your performance as a tennis athlete. You will also have the opportunity to work on your tennis strokes through fun and active drills on the ball machine. Let’s swing and sweat together!
