Soccer Strength Camp

An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, repeating until July 23, 2021
This 3-day camp will involve soccer-specific workouts and plenty of on-field soccer activities.
The soccer-specific workouts will show participants what a professional-level workout looks like. This will involve foam rolling, dynamic stretching, power and strengthening exercises.
The soccer portion of the camp will involve small-sided games, 3v3, 4v4 with goals and goalkeepers. This will create an environment that will look and feel like the real game. It will also allow participants to touch the ball on a consistent basis to improve development.
