Join Kathi Castle for a body-altering Self Myofascial Release (SMFR) session. Using bodyweight, foam rollers, and balls, we apply pressure to the soft tissue and tight areas. SMFR is claimed to have many advantages such as decreased pain, increased flexibility, and performance, improved soft tissue health and healing. SMFR can dramatically increase your range of motion and alleviate pain, soreness, and tightness in many areas of the body. Results are dramatic!
