An event every week that begins at 7:45 am on Friday, repeating until April 10, 2020
This class features deeply relaxing yoga with the assistance of props to support the body in a sequence that will encourage relaxation. We will practice being in a pose rather then doing multiple poses. The majority of Restorative yoga poses are practiced lying on the floor. Anyone can benefit from this practice, which helps to increase range of motion and develop inner awareness. Gentle attention given to people with injuries with emphasis on deep relaxation throughout the class.
