Pound For Pound

An event every week that begins at 5:30 am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, repeating until April 9, 2021
An event every week that begins at 7:00 am on Sunday and Saturday, repeating until April 11, 2021
Participants have 7 days to complete 4 exercises:
- predicted max bench (1-12 repetitions)
- predicted max squat (1-12 repetitions)
- overhand shoulder-width pull-ups to exhaustion
- dips to exhaustion
Each exercise must be spotted by the fitness floor staff. Strict form rules will apply.
The top male and female participants will be awarded a $25 gift card.
No advance registration required, just come to the Fitness Center and talk to a Personal Trainer to get set up!
