An event every week that begins at 6:45pm on Monday, repeating until February 11, 2019
Perfect your planking form and technique! You’ll learn how to use the correct muscles for optimal results as well as challenge your body with plank variations. A timed endurance test will be conducted at both the beginning and end of the 6-weeks.
