Parent & Child Yoga Workshop

Learning to be mindful of our bodies is just as important for children as it is for adults. This adult/child workshop is an excellent way to introduce yoga to children. We will explore how the breath can relax us, we will find strength by working together, build trust by listening, and respecting ourselves and our partners. This class works best in pairs, partner up and we’ll see you on the mat.
