An event every week that begins at 10:45am on Wednesday, repeating until April 24, 2019
This class is geared toward older-adult participants and focuses on balance, coordination, agility, flexibility and strength training. Movements are done slow and controlled, with balls, bands, weights, and bosu balls. Activities of daily living are emphasized.
