An event every week that begins at 8:30am on Tuesday, repeating until June 4, 2019
Build core strength, plus improve functional fitness of the abdominals, mid-section, and glutes. You will target everything from the thighs to the shoulders. Instructors will guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers.
