Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP™ – a full-body cardio workout to tone your butt and thighs. You will use simple movements on, over and around the step. The cardio blocks will push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that will shape and tone your butt and thighs.
