A total body workout that is both cardiovascular and strengthening. The class uses plyometrics, calisthenics and agility training to give you the results that you’ve been looking for.
In this class, kettlebells are used in explosive swinging movements utilizing the whole body along with momentum and used in more traditional press and squat exercises. This innovative training method incorporates strength, cardio, and core. Get your body moving in all directions for a more effective total body workout.
