Join Jim Hern in an introduction to Yang Style 5-Pattern Tai Chi Chuan. Learn a basic Tai Chi form along with a short breathing Chi Gong. Better health is the goal, peace of mind, body, and spirit will be the result. The class is divided into 9 lessons, and the more you can attend the more complete your understanding of the form will be. All levels are welcome for this practice.
