Intro to HIIT Workshop

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a great way to get in shape and work at a challenging level of exercise intensity. At this workshop, you will learn more about the benefits if HIIT and the types of exercises usually seen in this style of class. Our certified trainer will take you through a couple of these exercises so you can feel confident when doing them in class. After the workshop, put your new knowledge to the test by taking a HIIT class!
