An event every week that begins at 9:15 am on Monday, Tuesday and Friday, repeating until January 31, 2020
This joint-friendly, chest-deep water workout includes calisthenics style exercises with upper and lower body variations. March, jog and ski against water resistance to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscle endurance, and flexibility. Buoyant dumbbells and other buoyancy tools are used to add both resistance and stability in the water.
