Join us for a fun outdoor event, featuring some of your favorite group ex classes. Participants will choose 1-2 workout modules, depending on if they’d like to stay for the entire event, or just one section. Each module includes one cardio class, one strength class, and one mind/body class. Modules 1 and 2 begin at 8am, and Modules 3 and 4 begin at 10:30am. Raffle tickets will be given out to each participant. Additional raffle tickets will be given for each guest a member brings. Light snacks will be provided.

Module 1 (8-10am): CS60 (cardio only) with Jen, Les Mills Body Pump with Kim P, Pilates Mat with Linda
Module 2 (8-10am): Cardio Boot Camp with Amy S, Les Mills Core with Jamie, Vinyasa Yoga with Kelly
Module 3 (10:30-12:15): HIIT Cardio with Cara P, Core Strong with Jill, Barre with Jen
Module 4 (10:30-12:30): Les Mills Body Attack with Kim, HIIT Strength with Cara, Vinyasa Yoga with Amy C.
