Fundamentals of Yoga is for individuals who are new or returning to Yoga. The Fundamentals class provides a slower paced class where students are encouraged to explore their strength, flexibility and balance for each pose. The poses are broken down for greater physical ease and understanding. Standing, seated, prone and supine poses are taught with blocks and straps for additional support as needed. There may be some weight bearing on arms and wrists with alternatives provided.
