Exercise 101: The Basics Workshop

Getting back to the basics, we will thoroughly break down a number of the main exercises that we do, such as the squat, lunge, deadlift, push-up, pull-up, etc. We will explain the anatomy of the body that you are working, along with demonstrating technique, and regressions and progressions of the exercises.
