Dem Bones Push Up Challenge Starts
During the month of October, we will be focusing on bone density and muscular strength. We know that in order to increase bone density, you need to be performing weight-bearing activities. So, we will be holding a challenge during every strength and fusion class this month. At the end of every class, we will challenge you to perform as many push-ups as you can with perfect form. The goal is that by the end of the month you can do more push-ups than when you started.
