See how far you can row, bike, and run! Warm up for 10 minutes and then draw from a hat which method of exercise you’ll start with. Do each exercise (rower, treadmill, spin bike) for 10 minutes and at the end of each round, you’ll have 1 minute to go to the next piece of equipment. Once finished with all three modes of exercise, trainers will tally the total distance by each piece of equipment and determine a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner.
