An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Wednesday, repeating until May 27, 2020
Balance and stability are developed with standing postures, isometric holds, and controlled range of motion patterns, targeting areas of the body that are prone to weakness and injury (e.g. shoulders, lower back, and knees). Gentle stretching and restorative yoga are part of every series to encourage mobility and relaxation.
