Arm Balance & Headstand Workshop

The time is now to get on your hands and get upside down! This workshop will focus on basic to challenging inversions and arm balance poses: Crow, side crow, headstand, handstand, etc. Perfect for all yogis, new and experienced, wanting to learn the basic building blocks of these poses. Starting from scratch and going one step at a time, no previous arm balances or inversions necessary.
