Join Amy for a special Labor Day workout in the Park! Challenge your body to complete 100 squats, 100 pushups, 100 lunges, 100 burpees, and 100 situps at various stations along the running path through Kletzsch Park. We’ll begin and end the workout at North Shore Elite. Please register in advance through the member portal.
