The safety of our members and team members is of the utmost importance to us. As a result, we have been hard at work learning from doctors, hospitals, and cleaning/disinfecting professionals about the right solutions to take care of our members and team members.

  • Some classes will be using playlists that will be available on Spotify, so make sure you have the app if you want to follow along. Otherwise, feel free to play your own music.
  • Schedule is subject to change, we’ll keep updating this webpage. We also hope to go live on Instagram too starting tomorrow evening.

  • Help for the Elite Team Members: We are working on a variety of ways to help our fellow team members during this trying time. Please consider donating to our Employee Hardship Fund, making a Silent Auction Item Donation, or Renting Workout Equipment you can use from home.
  • Note: Equipment can be picked up at Brookfield between 9-10 AM tomorrow (March 21) or at River Glen between 12-1 PM tomorrow (March 21). Given the expected shelter-in-place guidelines, we have to keep the time frames short. As government regulations allow, we will make other times available.

  • With the closure, our employees will not be at work which means we will not be available to answer questions until we reopen and have our team members back at capacity. Once we reopen, we will make sure that all members are treated fairly in terms of dollars and cents. We will not bill you any further until we reopen; we are also not able to accept any changes to memberships including modifications, cancellations, freezes, etc. Please submit your requests for any changes once we reopen; we will not be able to respond to or resolve requests received while we are closed.
  • Make sure you are signed up to receive club alerts via email.
  • Check out our workouts playlist on YouTube.

  • Our summer job fair originally scheduled for Mach 28 is postponed indefinitely.

  • We are sorry to inform you that we are temporarily closing the clubs starting 5pm this evening, Tuesday, March 17th.
  • As of 3:00pm today at the direction of Governor Evers, DHS WI Secretary-Designee Andrea Palm ordered a statewide moratorium on gatherings of 10 people or more to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. You can read the order here.

  • 5:45 pm Hot Yoga at Mequon canceled Tuesday, March 17
  • All group exercise classes will be canceled until further notice starting Wednesday, March 18 to prevent unnecessary social contact as well as accommodate our instructors with children who cannot stay home alone.
  • The QUAD will remain open until further notice.
  • All other lessons and children’s programs & events will continue as normal for the time being.
  • PETITE ELITE: Beginning on WEDNESDAY, March 18th-Friday March 20th, Petite Elite following Elmbrook guidelines will have no students reporting to school. Spring break will continue as planned from March 23-27. Any plans for school after spring break will be determined in the coming days. While away from school, we strongly encourage families to follow the guidance and recommendations provided by the CDC regarding safe hygiene and travel. We recognize the burden this places in our families and community, but feel this is the right thing to do in response to an unprecedented health crisis. We will send a separate e-mail with links of learning websites if you so choose to work on skills over this break.
  • All club-coordinated basketball leagues and pick-up games are canceled until further notice.
  • “Young at Heart” Luncheon at Brookfield on March 18th is canceled.
  • Family Fun Night at River Glen on March 20th is canceled.
  • We do intend on continuing with some events and programs as usual that are capable of following social distancing best practices. It is up to each individual member to decide whether or not to participate based on their personal comfort levels and we will do our best to accommodate each individual member’s needs accordingly.
  • We are working to limit check-ins to 50 people in the building at a time.

  • Effective Tuesday, March 17 we will be closing childcare in the playrooms.
  • Spring Break SCAMP in canceled.
  • The QUAD will remain open until further notice.
  • All other lessons and children’s programs & events will continue as normal for the time being.
  • We are reviewing all class schedules and plan to eliminate back-to-back classes. Instead, we will provide a minimum of a 15-minute break between classes to allow time for cleaning. For the time being, we are also eliminating all circuit type classes where people are expected to touch something that someone else touched recently.
  • After each class, members will be instructed to place everything they have touched in one spot so that our team can wipe down the equipment by spraying it with disinfectant and then using towels.
  • In cycling studios, we are moving bikes further apart or eliminating bikes in order to space them farther away from each other.
  • In yoga and group fitness studios, we are outlining 6x6ft squares on the ground to indicate to our members what a safe distance is for everyone.
  • Due to the measures listed above, this will result in a reduction in the capacity of each of our studios, and therefore certain classes may require an advanced sign-up with the front desk. We are currently working to determine which of our classes will require this and it will be reflected on our class schedule.

  • We have taken all of our employees through an advanced training protocol on how to clean, how to be clean and how to recognize the signs of coronavirus so that if they have any illness symptoms they know to stay home.
  • We have procured additional cleaning technology including special spray systems which we are regularly using to sanitize areas.
  • We have engaged additional staff to sanitize areas that may not typically get cleaned as often, such as banisters, railings, doorknobs, etc.
  • We are propping open more doors so that you don’t need to touch more surfaces.
  • We are working with each department to implement appropriate department-specific protocols to eliminate the need for inter-personal touching and signage to remind people of appropriate behaviors.
