Elite Sports Clubs proudly offers personalized fitness consultations to all of our members. Our consultations place emphasis on improving our members’ health through cardiovascular endurance, as well as muscular strength and flexibility.

The design of a member’s program is based on their initial physical condition, exercise preferences, schedule, and personal fitness goals.

In addition to our state-of-the-art Fitness Center, Elite Sports Clubs also offers extensive personal, semi-private, and group training programs in addition to a full schedule of over 350 complimentary weekly group exercise classes.
