An event every week that begins at 9:00am on Monday, repeating until June 11, 2018

This class is geared toward older-adult participants and focuses on balance, coordination, agility, flexibility and strength training.  Movements are done slow and controlled, with balls, bands, weights, and bosu balls.  Activities of daily living are emphasized.
