This joint-friendly, chest deep water workout includes calisthenics style exercises with upper and lower body variations. March, jog, and ski against water resistance to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscle endurance, and flexibility. Buoyant dumbbells and other buoyancy tools are used to add both resistance and stability in the water.
